
/ MY STORY
I have been a pastry chef literally all my life! I just love working with flour, chocolates, cheese, cream, and eggs. I started very early at the age of 18 in the regal Park Hotel in Delhi, India. Over the years I have worked in some of the largest hotel chains in India like The Oberoi, Raj Vilas, etc.
I have over 20 years of professional and international experience working in a wide range of kitchen styles, including many restaurants, cruise ships, and 5-star hotels. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and I am continually learning and expanding my knowledge base. I have extensive knowledge of many different cuisines and make my dishes from scratch. I have received an Excellence Reward from the White House in 2002 from Bill Clinton for being an outstanding pastry chef.
